How to Order

Choose the path that fits your build—direct website ordering or a fully bespoke design consultation.

Click-to-Buy (Standard)

Customer selects the wheel design and accessories to purchase directly from the website.

The following vehicle information must be provided:

  • VIN # (ex. 9999999999)
  • Year (ex. 2013)
  • Make (ex. Porsche)
  • Model (ex. 911)
  • Trim (ex. Turbo S)
  • Front wheel diameter (ex. 20")
  • Rear wheel diameter (ex. 21")

Order-specific information to provide if desired:

  • Brake type (ex. Ceramic)
  • Front wheel width (ex. 9")
  • Rear wheel width (ex. 12")
  • Front offset (ex. ET47)
  • Rear offset (ex. ET47)
  • PCD (ex. Centerlock)
  • Center bore (ex. 71.6mm)
  • Notes / comments

Bespoke Design Service (Custom)

Customers who would like to order and design their own wheels can schedule a design consultation with Nick.

Custom Wheel Disclaimer & Manufacturing Times

Finality of order

Upon purchase, the customer confirms that all specifications, finishes, and selections have been reviewed and approved. The order is final and cannot be changed or canceled once submitted to production.

Acknowledgment

I acknowledge that special order wheels are manufactured to my specific application and are non-returnable without exception. I further acknowledge that my only opportunity to cancel this sale order is within the first 15 days following the date of this order, and I agree to pay a 40% cancellation fee based on the total quoted sales price. I further acknowledge that after receipt of wheels if it is determined that there is a manufacturing defect of any wheel(s) my sole recourse is to notify ERA Designs immediately of alleged defect(s), to obtain a Return Authorization Number, and return said wheel(s) to ERA Designs for evaluation. If upon evaluation, it is determined there is a manufacturing defect, ERA Designs will then either repair or replace defective wheel(s) at no cost. Estimated lead times and any additional fees (e.g., premium finishes, centerlock, expedited service) have been communicated and accepted.
